I just wanted to tell you what a FABULOUS service I think you have here. I have recommended your website to all of my friends, and I know at least 2 of them have ordered from you. After several futile attempts & frustrating error messages with the ****** ****** online order process, I mucked around with the *** * site for a while (downloaded the software then couldn't find out how to activate it, and gave up when I realised you had to go into a store to collect the prints - what's the point of ordering on the internet if you have to actually go into the shop? Kind of defeats the purpose). Came across your site after doing a Google search - hallelujah! it was fast and really easy to use. Love being able to edit and crop the photos before ordering and your other products (stubby coolers, shirts, mouse pads etc) are really cool too. Cheapest print price I've found on the internet. To top it off, I had an enquiry so phoned your office, and a REAL person answered the phone straight away and was actually able to tell me what I needed to know! Brilliant. Keep up the good work, I will be a regular customer!
