Terms and Conditions of Use
We are very pleased that you have selected photoMAX to meet your digital photography needs.
1. If you are unsatisfied with their orders for any reason
You have the option to return the order with the order number, and an explanation in regards to why you are unsatisfied with their prints. We will be glad to reprint your order if you are not satisfied. The return must be done within 30 days from the time we receive your order; Otherwise the aforementioned does not apply. If you are still unhappy with the quality of the printing we will refund the cost of the items ordered.
We will not however be held responsible tor the following:
- Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Photomax does not and will not proofread for (or correct) any such mistakes.
- Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality images. A warning will appear if you select a low resolution image; at that point, you may continue to use the image, but at your own risk.
- Errors in user-customizable features, such as enhancements, choice of finish (where offered), cropping, border selection, colour correction, size (where available) and formatting.
2. We print orders as they are;
Meaning, we will process the order according to how it was received and will make no adjustments to the order.
3. We will not be liable for the content of any submission.
We process orders as they are received.
4. We are not responsible for any materials submitted by the customer that may bring about any liability under applicable law.
Any material that may violate privacy, publicity, or copyrights without the permission of the owner and those parties within the pictures are prohibited. We guarantee that the rights of the customers and images submitted are used solely for the processing of their order.
5. We use third party software available to you to upload orders to us.
In order to download the software you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that software.
6. Disclosure of your information
We will only disclose personal information if requested so by law and we believe that it is necessary to abide by the rule in regard to a court order or legal processing being conducted on our website. In any other case, we will guard customer information to the best of our ability using the SSL encryption software.
