When you place an order you will receive an e-mail with your order number. When the Lab has printed the order you will receive another email with details on how long until you receive your order depending on the delivery method. Generally speaking prints and photo cards up to 8"x12"will be dispatched on the same or next working day if received by 2pm. Photo Books and Gifts will be dispatched within 2-4 Working Days if recived by 2pm. Prints over 8"x12" will be shipped in 5 working days. All orders that are to be delivered to your nominated address will take between 1-4 Working Days depending your location in Australia.
We use Australia Post so over 90% of our customers get their order in their letterbox within 1-4 days in most capital cities, and our custom sturdy packaging ensures your prints arrive in perfect condition.
